According to statistics from the Fire and Rescue Police Department, most fires are caused by incidents involving residential electric systems and equipment. To provide some basic knowledge to ensure safety when designing, installing, and using electricity in households, the Department has coordinated with Vietnam Electricity to publish the "Fire Prevention and Fighting Handbook for Residential Electricity."
