After 36 years of dedication, Ms. Hanh has now become a professional, experienced female operator of the Pha Lai Thermal Power plant. She understands the "diseases" of each device in the plant. Even when entering the station door, she can recognize which pump is operating.

Every day when she enters her shift, Ms. Hanh Thuy will meticulously inspect every detail of machinery equipment, and technical specifications. Especially in the dry season, she and her colleagues promote a sense of responsibility, closely inspecting equipment to avoid possible unusual incidents that may occur, affecting the power generation process.

Also growing up in the thermal power plant environment, Ms. Tran Thu Hien, an Analytical Chemical Engineer at Hai Phong Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, has more than 17 years of working experience.
The nature of the job is hard, working in shifts, so women in this industry all train themselves to have a strong will. There are many late night shifts from 11 pm to 7 am the next morning, the women all work until the end of their schedules like the men.

Women for mission of power generation
When women are power workers, they have to take on the role of wife and mother with countless unnamed tasks, while also completing all tasks assigned by the company.

Ms. Hanh Thuy and Ms. Thu Hien are women of the new era continuing and promoting the tradition of " not only good at work but also duteous at home ", ready to face difficulties to break through themselves and achieve new successes.
