EVN provides training to improve professional corporate culture qualifications and skills

On November 14 and 15, in Hanoi, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) completed a training program to improve professional corporate culture qualifications and skills in the Northern region with the participation of more than 40 trainees who are leaders of the Organization and Human Resources Department/Division, and officers working on corporate culture from EVN member units in the Northern region.

The program is part of EVN's corporate culture implementation plan for 2024, to improve the competence and skills of corporate culture management of key officers who are directly working on corporate culture in EVN member units, helping them have enough skills to effectively implement cultural management work at each unit, while realizing EVN's vision and Cultural Journey consistently and comprehensively.

During the 2-day training period, the trainees were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to have a deeper understanding of EVN's corporate culture, and at the same time discussed, learned, and analyzed the challenges and opportunities of corporate culture work in the context of EVN's growing development and deep integration, and explored the basic skills and modern corporate culture management methods.

In particular, this course provided the trainees with two essential professional skills: professional corporate culture survey skills and corporate culture innovation skills according to the change management model. The lecturers provided detailed instructions on how to manage and implement methods to improve and innovate cultural activities to enhance the corporate culture’s quality, helping each unit not only maintain but also enrich the identity and core values ​​of EVN, creating momentum for the sustainable development of EVN culture in the future.

EVN leaders also hope that after attending the training program, the trainees will be pioneers in innovating the way to deploy and maintain the corporate culture in each unit, helping corporate culture to be continuously improved and perfected, contributing to the construction and promotion of EVN culture, so that every day is a new step forward on the development journey of Vietnam Electricity.
