In her opening speech at the training course, Ms. Le Thi Phuong Cam - Deputy General Director, Head of the EVNCPC Women's Advancement Committee said that the Party Committee, the leaders of the corporation, and the EVNCPC Trade Union always care about women and create conditions for women's movements in the EVNCPC. In the current trend, the EVNCPC's leaders hope that women in EVNCPC always strive to develop themselves, set goals, strive for good results, and achieve a more worthy position. Each woman needs to be more dedicated to her work, accumulate experience, meet the increasing demands of the job, and contribute to implementing the EVNCPC's goals while still balancing life and family.

The course's lecturer is Dr. Hoang Trung Dung - Chairman of Kingsman Education Organization. This training program will equip EVNCPC's female staff with necessary knowledge such as Trends of Female Leadership 4.0; portrait of female leaders in the new era; soft skills, skills needed in management for female leaders; gender inequality content - current gender and women's work shortcomings, especially in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
