Since 2023, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) has implemented the training program "Men and gender equality", with the target of raising awareness for key male officials about existing masculine norms and their influence and impact on the working culture of both men and women; to change attitudes, behaviors, leadership styles, create an inclusive working culture; at the same time, launch and implement the movement "Men and gender equality".

Actively responding to this movement, the EVNNPT Women's Advancement Committee in coordination with the EVNNPT Trade Union launched the "Men and Gender Equality" movement throughout EVNNPT so that male managers support gender equality in the workplace, aiming to build a more diverse and inclusive working environment.

The talk show emphasized the particularly important role of propaganda and education work with flexible and creative methods, contributing to raising awareness of gender equality, increasing the role and responsibility of both men and women; identifying the difficulties and barriers that women often encounter, the need for support to enhance the role and position of women in the family, agency, unit and society.
