Story of an electrician after storm No. 3 (Yagi)
The storm passed through Quang Ninh for just over a day but left behind huge consequences, with trees broken, houses devastated, and power outages and signal outages everywhere.
Having a quick bite of rice, Mr. Tran Huy, a General Electrical Management Worker, belonging to Management Team No. 6, Ha Long Power Company, and his colleagues prepared equipment and arrived quickly at several locations where power towers and wires were broken.
