The series of customer appreciation program activities in Nam Muoi commune, Van Chan district, included: Donating 15 electric fans (solar energy) to the Primary School and the Commune Health Station; donating 02 computer sets to the School; donating 56 gifts to students from grades 1 to 5 at Lang Co Primary School; donating 20 gifts to households living in especially difficult circumstances. In addition, the delegates also visited, gave gifts, and repaired and replaced electrical equipment for 02 households living in difficult circumstances in Lang Co village and handed over the youth work "Lighting up the countryside roads". The total value of the program implementation was VND 180 million.

The project 'Lighting up the countryside roads' was implemented on a route of more than 1.6 km long by the Youth Union of the Corporation in coordination with the Youth Union of Yen Bai PC to install 40 solar-powered public lighting bulbs for inter-village and inter-hamlet roads in the area of ​​02 villages of Nga Hai and Lang Co of Nam Muoi commune. The project was implemented not only to help people travel conveniently, and ensure security, order and traffic safety but also to contribute to changing the appearance of the countryside in the mountainous commune of the province.

On this occasion, the youth union members also organized propaganda, distributed leaflets with instructions on the safe and economical use of electricity, standardized customer information, and instructed customers on the use of utilities and electricity services for people, students, and so on.
