The product is directly researched, manufactured, and developed by PECC2's Power Plant Operation and Maintenance (POM) based on the customers’ actual needs.
The RP02PV robot can meet the diverse operating conditions of solar power plants with clear benefits such as low investment costs for robots and auxiliary equipment; saving time, water, fuel, and human resources; optimal cleaning performance; flexibility, ease of use, and safety.
Accordingly, only 3 workers are needed to operate the robot, while the work amount of one robot is equivalent to that of 15 manual cleaning workers in a day.
The consumed water for PV panel cleaning with the RP02PV robot is only ¼ compared to that of manual cleaning, which not only saves costs but also contributes to saving resources and protecting the environment.

In addition, the RP02PV uses specialized brush technology combined with pressurized water to effectively clean the glass surface of PV panels, removing up to 98% of dirt and plaque on the surface, ensuring stable operation and maximum efficiency for the system.
The robot is designed to be compatible with many types of PV panels (aluminum frame and double glass types) and can be adjusted to suit the installation structure of 2, 3, or 4 PV panels in parallel, thus meeting any installation layout.
On the other hand, with sensors and an automatic shutdown system when encountering obstacles, RP02PV operates safely and does not pose any danger to the PV system.
Maintaining clean PV panels is the key to maximizing solar energy and minimizing energy loss.
