After more than 7 years working at the Operation Management Team, Dong Hy Power Unit, Thai Nguyen Power Company (PC), worker Le Van Dat realized that in the process of mounting and installing the meter into the box, the wire bending and cutting stage takes up most of the time and requires high meticulousness and precision. Manual wire bending and cutting not only takes time but also easily wastes materials and does not meet technical standards.

Understanding these difficulties, worker Le Van Dat has researched and successfully manufactured the "Automatic bending and cutting machine for box 4 and box 2 inner wire for single-phase meter". The automatic bending and cutting machine can be flexibly adjusted to meet different wire sizes, saving time by 70% - 80% compared to the old method, while minimizing errors.

The system bends wire according to the machine's standard mold, ensuring accurate wire bending and cutting, maintaining the wire’s quality, and bringing high aesthetics and safety to the electrical system. This is a breakthrough in automating the wire bending and cutting process, helping to improve efficiency and ensure work quality.
